Hello there, i have a problem REGARDING with my HP F4185 all in one printer, when i flug it on it automatically turned on, and all the LIGHTS or on and when i press power button it wont turn off.any key i press is not responding and it doesn't even detected in my computer that there is a printer attached to pc.. HOPE somebody could help me thank you so much......

You did not mention what OS you have, not did you say how OLD the printer is.
yes i already read it. but it doesn't help at all. my OS is Windows XP service pack 2. its 1 years old printerSo the printer was working g for on e year and failed? Most likely answer is the power brick of the printer and gone bad and the printer can not interface with the computer. Otherwise it would be the USB connection has failed.i think there is a problem on the main board of the printer, because sometimes when i unflug it and flug it again after 10 sec it runs ok but now its worst...
thus anyone know how to hard reset a printer?
