Answer» Too much trouble to flip the ruler over to the metric side? QUOTE from: Carbon Dudeoxide on October 02, 2010, 11:52:27 AM Too much trouble to flip the ruler over to the metric side? Are you some kind of Al-Qaeda metricatin' communist? Quote from: Carbon Dudeoxide on October 02, 2010, 11:52:27 AM Too much trouble to flip the ruler over to the metric side? No, just tried too get the figures before the pecies I could use as a reference were pitched is all. Quote from: patio on October 02, 2010, 10:10:17 AM The glass will cost you far more than the printer is worth... HP Psc 1510 All-in-one Printer - 10 used from $32.00 - Amazon. By the way, Squall, it's the scanner that needs the glass, not the printer. If the previous posted I commented on was worse than SANSKRIT, this is more like Linear B. What ST means is that the printer will function without the glass. If you need a scanner, it will be cheaper to buy a new one.Quote from: Slade on October 02, 2010, 11:58:21 AM Its a combo of the two, I would if I had more funds. It's a Multi Function Device, (MFD), which contains a scanner and a printer. You CALLED this topic "Printer Glass Replacement". A printer does not have any glass. That's what I actually meant. Ahhh, Touché.Quote from: Allan on October 02, 2010, 10:56:40 AM Yeah, it's squall posting nonsense again. I don't think so. This actually makes some sense, in a weird way, but I don't recall much of what Squall said most of the time making any sense. Upon further review of some other posts... I'm absolutely certain you're right. Quote from: Salmon Trout on October 02, 2010, 12:01:54 PM It's a Multi Function Device, (MFD), which contains a scanner and a printer. You called this topic "Printer Glass Replacement". A printer does not have any glass. That's what I actually meant. But you're wrong. My printer has a big piece of glass under the cover on the top of it!I do see your point. The whole point was so that we would have more room on the tiny desk. Also, I dont have any scanners at this time sitting. Then you must ask yourself.... Do you use it, and is it worth the trouble to custom-manufacture glass to fix it. Ponder this question carefully before your NEXT reply.Another nonsense squall post that is locked. |
