Answer» I have SEARCHED the forum under HARDWARE--(printer is busy)--no info; I changed the ink cartridge then could not print; using dell computer, windows xp; dell printer with copier, fax; there is no tape on the cartridge covering the ink port; the printer and computer are connected; the only other possiblity is that the color cartridge is almost out of ink, however, I have also CHECKED print in black and white only with no results; can't FIND an answer. Any suggestions? thank youDisconnect printer from the computer, and from the power source. Uninstall printer driver through Device Manager. Restart computer. Reconnect printer's power. Reinstall printer driver, and reconnect the printer to the computer, when ASKED during installation.
