Answer» Hey everyone, I have an Epson Stylus Photo RX350 PRINTER and am trying to install the printer software onto my LAPTOP from the CD. When I connect the printer during the installation as instructed, it says the product is not recognised. Printer is powered on and correctly connected to the computer, as the computer recognises that there is hardware connected. Help??! It's got me baffled, as it used to work fine before - I'm just re-installing it as I had a new hard drive put in. Any suggestions?
