Answer» My HP Office Jet Pro 8600 keeps going offline!?!?! I was told to uncheck "Use printer offline", but is isn't checked at all. See ATTACHMENT. why does the printer keep doing this ? It is hooked up to my wireless NETWORK. Thanks Albert O. Maybe is the network unstable? You could put it on the STATIC ip address. You could put it out of the dhcp pool in the modem/router. Check for the latest firmware. Disable IP6 protocol in network settings. Check for the wifi PROTOCOLS (try with aes security and tkip security) and change channel (1, 6 or 11).
