Solve : Printer only printing magenta...?

1.	Solve : Printer only printing magenta...?
Answer» I assumed that this was because my colour cartridge was running out, but I've REPLACED it with a new one and still only magenta will PRINT. Possibly something needs cleaning, but I have no IDEA what or how. My printer is a HP Deskjet 895Cxi. PLEASE help?There should be a head cleaning function inside the printer's control panel software.Had a simular problm, only this was a Lxmark 2400 series a few yrs ago..I had to unistall driver and reboot and then re-install drivers. May or maynot help, somethng you can try if all else failsHi If cleaning the printer heads by using the utility in the printer properties box doesn´t fix it then you will have to take it to an HP service center and since printers are cheap these days you COULD buy a new one with warranty.
