Answer» HELLO. I am OPERATING an Dell Dimension 2350, Windows XP. I recently successfully installed a new HP printer. But soon thereafter, every time I chose ti Print, the whole window would disappear. Along with one of XPs error message reports. I thought I would UNINSTALL the whole thing and try again. I can't even uninstall it; there are four or five PROGRAMS associated with the printer and I successfully uninstalled THREE of them. I can't remove the last two. When doing so, I receive an error message. The error 'signature' in the Error Report is: AppName: hpzscr01.exe AppVer: 4.0.0.81 ModName: winspool.drv ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 000089b4 What does this mean..? Help, if you can.
