Answer» I have a Hewlett Packard LASERJET 5M (c3917A) and she's about 9 years old now. Never had a problem SINCE I got her, until 3 weeks ago. EVERY time I start to PRINT- It starts to Process the Job, and 2seconds LATER... I have an error that either says "[glb]Remove Paper Jam[/glb]" (No paper jam visible) or it shuts down telling me it's "[glb]Offline". [/glb] I am so frustrated! Is there anyone out there that can help me |
