Solve : printer says shutting down? |

Answer» My HP 750 says "shutting down". Worked fine TILL I used the CONTROL and print button on keyboard to print progress REPORTS from University of NE. They printed okay except wouldn't print the second page and had to go to Microsoft Word in ORDER to print second page. When I bring up HP Director on screen it freezes up. Are running Windows XP. Any help will REALLY be appreciated. |
