Answer» the printer is on and it scanned PHOTOS , then i tried to print them and it said " operation can not be completed , the printer spooler service is not RUNNING " it has been working fine up to nowTry going to Device Manager and see if there is a driver alert. It will have a yellow flag if there is an issue. You MAY have to uninstall the DRIVERS and then reinstall.Open a command prompt and type 'net stop spooler' and press 'ENTER'.
