Solve : Printer won't print my newsletter?

Answer»

I have a Hewlett Packard printer.  I've been publishing a newsletter for about two years and never had this problem before.  I use Microsoft Office Publisher 2003.  The printer will print everything else except publisher.  It will pull the paper in and then it completely stops and the printer icon disappears.  Anyone have any ideas?I GUESS no one can help me.  I've tried everything.  I just unplugged the printer for 10 minutes took out the ink cartridges and when I put everything back the same thing happened.  I've only had this thing for two years.  I need a GOOD printer for the newsletter.  It's very important.  It has worked so well for me before.   Not sure why you'd be having a problem with only 1 program, but you can TRY saving it as SOMETHING different first, and then printing it. A good way to do this is use a PDF printer which SAVES the print out as a PDF instead of actually printing it, then it can be printed from Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader.

doPDF is a good, free PDF printer. http://www.dopdf.comIt is in pdf form.  I have a free program for that and this morning I finally fixed it.  It seems that pdf files are sometimes hard to print but in the settings click on Advanced and click the box for "Print as an Image."  It worked!!

Thanks for your advice.See pepper...that didn't take that long....
