Solve : probelm about the keeping condition of Server?

hi!

i wanna ask what is the recommended keeping condition of Server/computer, eg. temperature, HUMIDITY, DUST level.

THZ to all
1)no dust on INSIDE of computer.
2)DO NOT get keyboard or inside of computer WET!!!
3)COOL enough so the computer won't MELT!!!! (and yes, I've seen that happen)What server is this!
