Answer» This is what I have to say before you begin to help me, I'm 14, and I don't know a lot about computers, but I'm good at following directions.
My other computer has been cut off many of times by thunder storms, and I usually keep my comp on so the guy WORKING on the house turns the electricity off. So when i try booting it up it goes into this repeating stage it goes to the regular page like it does when u boot it up then it goes to a page that says this
We apologize for the inconvenince but windows did not start succesfully a recent harware or software change might have caused this. if your computer stopped repsonding restarded undexpectedly or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose last know good configuration to REVERT the most recent settings that worked.
if a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or becuase the power or reset button was pressed, or if you arent sure what caused the problem choose start windows normally
safe mode safemode with networking safe mode with COMMAND prompt last known good configurations (your most recent settings that worked start windows normally (you can choose one of those to do) use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- then it goes to that page where it says windows loading and has the blue bar thing moving
then a blue screen appears and goes to the very first screen
Does anybody know what i need to do to get it up and running again, thanks. How about posting as many details about themachine, operating system, etc. as possible>
