Answer» On the initial boot up of the computer the system shows that I have 2 raid drives. I have since formatted them in hope to fix the problem. When I enter the BIOS setup it doesn't detect any hard drives present. I've made sure that they are hooked into the CORRECT AREA of the motherboard. Right now I'm trying to reload Win XP, but it comes up with an error saying: not a bootable disc and to please insert a bootable floppy. The order of my boot sequence is: OPTICAL drive, hard drive, and then floppy. Can any one POINT me in the right direction?Details about the hardware involved, the age of it and what happened prior to this could be important. Agreed.
Very early in the XP setup PROCESS it will ask press F6 to install RAID drivers...
Have your floppy ready it goes by pretty fast.
