Answer» My DVD/CD Rom is GIVING PROBLEM.I have WIN XP Home with SP2 as my OS. My DVD drive is WORKING all right but my CD Rom is not recognized. I have downloaded the current firmware and the make is Toshiba.When ever I load a CD I get a display saying"windows unable to read the format or that the CD is corrupt" How do I solve this problem?Any solution suggested will be greatly appreciated.
