Answer» Yesterday I started up my computer (a Vista Home Basics) and it didn't show any image. All it did was static and then turn off. At first I thought it was the computer, but after transferring the monitor to the other computer, I found that the same thing happened and that it was the monitor at fault. After a few tweaks with the option buttons, it started to work again, only to stop working later in the day. Please help, and thanks in advance! P.S. I have a 19" widescreen monitor from Westing House Digital Res. 1440x900I'm just going to MAKE a wild leap here and suggest you might want to replace the display. Well, yesterday it worked for an entire day, but around TEN o'clock at night some gray bars appeared and then it stopped working again.The monitor is BROKEN, thats that.
