We have tried updating the drivers. Installing a PCI video card that just makes the computer freeze up. Any suggestions?What PCI slot did you put that video card in? Some motherboards are FINICKY about that. Try the top slot; if it doesn't work, try others. Also, you may need to access the BIOS and disable onboard video (if that's what you've been using). Be careful to AVOID ESD (electrostatic discharge) when working INSIDE the computer.
