Answer» ALRIGHT, My printer is new. It hasn't been used. I am assuming the ink Cartidges are bad. Here is what is happening, when the printer has a job to print, it often leaks EXTRA ink, causing smudges. I don't know how to fix this. BTW It is a HP PSC 1350 all in one.Did you TAKE the film off of the ink cartridges before you installed them in the printer? If so and you still have the problem, take it back. Just because a piece of hardware is new doesn't guarantee it works I know, bummer. Alan <>< |
