Right to start off with my aim is to BUILD a powerful pc that doesn't sound like a space shuttle taking off.

I love the look of this heatsink (matches the copper heat pipe on the mobo) but will it be good ENOUGH?

CPU: AMD Phenom 9500
Heatsink: Nexus XiR-3500 Copper edition

You must think about other things when you put together the system like the power supply,matching the motherboard with the correct CPU ,case cooling FANS ectShouldn't do, the systems already been made, but this was a cut back originaly. Why don't all manufactures list a cooling capacity of some sort so that its easy to tell if a Heat sink will MEET your requirments?i recommend the thermaltake ultra 120 extreme. it has been the top contender for CPU cooling for quite sometime. also, you have the ability to place ANY 120mm fan on it contrary to the nexus XiR 2300 and 3500 design.Cool does it come in copper?
