Answer» Alright, so you see I have been wanting to get a AMD FX-4100 3.60 GHz Quad-Core with a gtx 660 2g non ti for a while now but on this website where i can build my own pc from a wide verity of CHOICES I get a free upgrade from the 4100 to a AMD FX-6100 3.30 GHz Six-Core and it has a frame count and it GOES down, my question is why do the estimated frame count go down? Welcome to CH. So you have done some homework. You crave the AMD FX-4100 3.60 GHz Quad-Core CPU. What is your budget? Do you already have the STUFF to support a quad-core AMD CPU? Do you have a GRAPHICS CARD to match up with your choice of CPU? Have you considered getting a new motherboard or the CPU? The board in the photo is about $200 in the USA. It has lots of good stuff. But there a re many other choices. Now about that CPU. It is already kind of old. But having the newest is not always so great. So, I thin k your choice is good.
