I changed the motherboard to this old computer I have, it boots up normal, but when I try to open any program or a folder it takes up to 15 minutes to open. I'm not exagerating, I click on programs or folders, I go do SOMTHING else and when I come back it still hasn't opened ANYTHING. I did a fresh install of WINDOWS xp, and tested other hard drives to see if that was the problem, but no luck. Also, I don't believe is malware because I just did a fresh install of windows xp and I haven't installed anything on that computer. Then install all drivers beginning with the chipset driver.
