Answer» my computer is new but it keeps FREEZING,a message COMES internet not supported.i turn off /on all ok,untill the next time , SOMETIMES within 30min's.i am on sky isp and have a router ,all the lights are on so it's not my isp.my psu is , CTK-LC-B500E.could it be this that's the problem. .ivanoe, Please provide us with more information on the "computer'.
