Answer»

HELLO AND GOOD DAY TO ALL OF YOU... IM NEW HERE AT C.H.F.  CAN ANY BODY KNOW HOW TO REPAIR PSU,,, TNX..This is a hardware issue re forum choice, but - I doubt in most cases repairs to switch mode PSU's is practicable.  Just occasionally for someone with some electronics experience it might be possible to find something simple to fix but usually unlikely IMO.

Please ------------- turn off your CAPS LOCK!!Moved.

If you have had no experience with fixing electronics/circuits, I would advise against doing anything to it.

Also, you don't know what current is still lurking around in there....  thank you very much sir.. ACTUALLY i have a little bit experienced in ELECTRONIC... all i want is a guideline like schematic diaglams..or any troubleshooting guidelines tnx.. do you have diagram of psu samsung psd-300dag3?About to go to bed but I found this:

Useful mention!!!  May I add - do not simply short them out!  Electrolytics can store a lot of energy.

My approach would be to use something like a 1K resistor across + and - .... for a good few seconds and then even put a dig MULTIMETER across to finally check for residual charge.  A reasonable wattage resistor is a better better than a tiny 1/8 Watt deal.
