is there a way i can put my powerpoints on my WEBSITE?? as either a show or downloadable (i know i can do this but HOW??)

Your ques is not clear to me.

Do you want to upload a .ppt file to your site ? Or are you trying to show some powerpoint cliping through your site?


In any CASE, you can upload the ppt file to your server, and you can view the file DIRECTLY if you are using internet explorer browser.

In other browser (like opera) it will show as a downloadable (i.e as a .ppt file)

Go to your server's (i.e. site's) control panel and there would be an option to upload the file!

i want to be able to have them view it on my site and/or have the option to download itDownload is fine.  Viewing it online requires a browser plugin (AFAIK there isn't one for Firefox, Opera, etc).  Note the Powerpoint is not designed for the web; files produced by Powerpoint tend to be rather large and CONSEQUENTLY not suitable for web deployment.  If you want SOMETHING to do presentations/animation on the internet, Flash is your program.k thanks rob
