Answer» If you install your memory sticks in dual CHANNEL mode, obviously your computer speeds up. But I have TWO 256mb DDR ram sticks in slot 1 and slot 2. I have ONE 256mb DDR ram stick in slot 3 and one 512mb ram stick in slot 4. Would it be better to get a 512 MB ram stick to replace the DDR ram in slot 3? OR Would it be better to just get a set of two 1 gb ram sticks to replace the memory in slot 3 and 4 ? Or other suggestions ?
