Answer» any body got any info on promise ide raid config hardware=p4c800 delux asus. p-4 3.2 hyper-threading 800 MHZ fsb 1mb cash. ddr400 1 gig dual, extasy radeon 9600 8x agp 256, 200 gig h. d. dual FORMAT dvdrw cdrw COMBO drives (2) and amazingly i can still have st st st stutters playing ut2004, thought i might try raid0 performance, bought 2 brandnew 120 gig ultra ata 133, cuz guy at store SAID that was what is needed, but i don't understand the cabling instructions, iv'e only been hackin' for about 9 mo's, so this is a LITTLE over my head.thanx for anythingI believe Raid is for servers and heavy file transfer only. |
