Answer» I am TRYING to upgrade my etower 400 ix. The problem is that when I went to pny my MODEL was missing from the configuration chart! I've called the company from where I purchased it and they can no longer hep me! How do I find out what kind of MEMORY I need for an upgrade? Where do I get it- right now I have only 64MG! Try the eMachines site... Only thing I've ever seen the PNY trademark on are CD blanks. If that eTower is a P3 machine, it probably has 168-pin PC100 SDRAM.
