Solve : Ram slots not working? |

Answer» I have a gig ram chip in a pc2700 slot. I can inter change the two slots but when i put another ram chip in it only reads the 256 chip. Anything i can do to fix this. May be something in the BIOS? my spec are marked under my profile. Let me know if you need more info.What motherboard is this? Did you read the manual? I'll do some research to see if I can find info on which type do and which don't. Although with so many different types of memory out there it may take some time. I hope JHenderson post back.
