The only way I would create a forum is either by INSTALLING one provided by a web hosting service, or downloading the software from one of the popular forum software makers such as YaBB or phpBB. Again, why create your own forum software? There are plenty of forum PROGRAMS already developed. Spend your time learning to use the forum admin panel and creating and maintaining your forum rather than developing your own forum software from scratch. |
