Answer»

Hope this isn t to tricky but here goes.    Do you have simple and easy i am no pro (DONE 98 but forget how to) instructions how how to re format and then re install w 98 / 2000 / Xp and vista ?    What do need to do before, during and after and what are the proper orders for the VARIOUS O S  systems etc and can this be done with using boot floppies etc i hate those floppies and the instructions are  stinko that pop up on the monitor and very easy to get lost then panic and i don t need to hear its to hard please ok thanks ! ?

Any good re format/ reinstall links -  byeee  thanks . .Never heard of a Google search?

There must be something among this lot that you can understand:

Vista..

XP..

2K..

98..

If you are using one hard drive then you should partition/format before installing systems.   Prior to STARTING the installs ensure that appropriate drivers are available in each OS for the hardware in use.

A general rule for multi-booting is to always install by age of OS i.e. WIN 98, Win 2k, Win XP and finally Vista although there are workarounds.  Win 98 must be on the first partition (generally C: drive).

All of the OS's mentioned can be installed without use of floppies - boot from the genuine OS cd's.

Good luck
