1.	Solve : Read only external hard drive?
Answer» Hi just got a Toshiba 500Gb external HDD. I am running Windows 7 (64bit). Brand new, PLUGGED in drive, disk management eventually recognized it but as read only. Cannot CHANGE permissions or reformat and Toshiba haven't sent a REPLY so you're my last hope. Is there anything else I can try?
