Solve : rebiuld a RAID?

My FRIEND tried OVERCLOCKING my computer unsuccesfully and ended up reseting the BIOS. this ended up DELETING my raid configurations, but the hard drives are UNTOUCHED. Is there a way i can rebiuld the RAID w/o reformating? Thanks for the help!
