Solve : received a Motherboard?

Hi, everyone!
I have just received a Christmas present from my friend.
But it is a Motherboard.

I don't know much about computer hardware, and I WANT advice if I should
build a new computer with this Motherboard.

Here are the details of the MB:

P4M800PRO-M V1.0A
FOrm Factor: Micro ATX
Chipset: P4M800PRO&8237R+
VGA/AUDIO: YES/YES
MODEN/LAN: NO/YES
DDR2/DDR: 2/2
PCI/AGP: 3/1
P4FSB: 1066

I wondered if it is an all-in-one MB, and it should not cost more than a hundred dollar (US).

Please help!

I don't know what an "all in one motherboard" is, but it will need a PROCESSOR, CPU fan, RAM, and installation to make it functional.

A motherboard is just a piece of plastic that u put everything else on.  What are u planning on doing with just a motherboard?   Quote

Do you have a processor? If you don't and are not planning on buying one there really is no question. It doesn't matter if the motherboard works or not.
