i have a 1000w psu and am only running a monitor and tower from my POWER point.
the other peripherals are NETWORKS but powered in another room so are not needed to be plugged into the ups.
it is a chimei lcd monitor (22")
psu: antec 1000whow much runtime do you want? a APC smartups 1500 ($600) or 2200 ($900) would probably give you 1/2 an hour to an hour of runtime. if you need more runtime, you can buy an additional battery.Hello!
I GUESS your location's power conditions (guess Im right..) should also be considered...oh ya, I was assuming 15amp 120v outlet..... is that what you have? If you have a 30amp plug the ups recharge time decreases significantly, fyi.i live in Australia.
We have 240v outlets.

Try to visit UPS manuf. I TRIED www.apc.com a while ago and the site lets me describe my system specs for them to give suggestions and recommendations.
