i have a thompson speedtouch 545 router(ALSO wireless) and i have had it installed for a while now about 6 months and all of a sudden 2 weeks ago it stpped me using my voice chats on my messenger services both yahoo and msn,as it coming up that i am behind a registered nat,now i have tried to RECONFIGURE the router so that it is public and not private behind a registered nat,but as soon as i do i can no longer connect to the internet.
      i have a BROADBAND connection and my isp is aol,can some1 plz help me with this problem,thanx :-/ this is Thomson's troubleshooting site maybe it could help point you in the right direction :-

was there anything that happened prior to this fault happening, a software update or did you INSTALL anything at all .
have you spoken to your ISP if I am right and they supplied the Thomson unit they should give support. I have had a look at the manual and its a whopper, you can download that from here:-

i am not sure what happened b4 this problem occured as i have not down loaded anything or installed nothing new on my pc,it is just that my voice chat on yahoo messenger just quit working,so i am STILL at a loss to find out how to fix the problem
