Can anyone give me detalied info on how to load wireless drivers ETC after i reformatted my WIFES laptop and forgot to back anything up am a total beginner so be gentledo you have any CD for those drivers? Quote

Well nobody needs to be harsh.  Still, he is so many requests like this then after a while it does become tiresome.  Windows VISTA hes good provisions for making backups and for making a restored disk for your SYSTEM.  You should have done those things when you first got the computer.
And by the way, we don't even know what make or MODEL of laptop you have and if it's a NEW laptop or an older model.
In cases like these what I often tell people is to find the serial number and service code somewhere on the back of the laptop or maybe underneath.  Then look up the manufacturer's web site and try to post an e-mail or perhaps a call to the 800-number and explain to then your problem.  They may be able to give you a replacement is if the computer still is under warranty, or else they will charge you for a CD that will restored the system to its original condition.  But they will insist on having this serial number and service code.  In some cases they will take care of it even outside of warranty, but you may have to pay a nominal fee for shipping and handling of the CD.
