Answer» Hi,
I have a Samsung T220 Syncmaster : https://www.cnet.com/products/samsung-syncmaster-t220/specs/
Connectivity, INTERFACES 1 x VGA - 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15) 1 x DVI-D - 24+1 pin digital DVI ASPECT Ratio 16:10 Native Resolution 1680 x 1050 at 60 Hz
Everything was ok with this monitor. But now when I use VGA on a desktop computer, I see the computer start on the monitor (I see Asus, Dell or Msi…) then I see the windows logo and then the screen became gradient grey and then grey… and again gradient grey and grey…
If I change and connect DVI-D everything work good (on different computers) I can use windows.
I try with Linux it’s the same thing. I try with different computers and different cables the result is the same.
I also try with another monitor on all the computers and everything work.
The T220 VGA only work if I connect a laptop computer.
Any IDEA to resolve it ? Thanks Best regards

What changed?
You need to give more info..
(If nothing changed then your 2008 monitor is just wearing out, use the DVI-D and start looking around for a new monitor)
