Solve : sata help?

Answer»

I know SATA 3. is 300 MBps and that is also 3,000 Mbps
But How many Maga Bytes does SATA 1. run at and how many Maga Bits does SATA 1. also run at??Google SATAThe ORIGINAL SATA was about the same as the PATA for actual transfer speeds. But there are other factors that could influence transfer speed. The transfer rate was about 1.5 Mbps for either interface.
The SATA 3 specification is still in progress.
Or else it is not what they said it would be.
Here is an article that is critical of the HOOPLA,

Edit. that article says:

...when COMPARED to IDE (133MB/s theoretical max vs. SATA II's 3Gbit/s)...
Which I believe is confusing to most users.
Why mix Mega Byte and Gigabit in the same sentence?
