EPSON PERFECTION 1650 PHOTO SCANNER.
The tube is for the top lid which scans the slides.
Any help much appreciated

Referred me to a LOCAL service centre. They didn't want to know!Unfortunately, scanners are disposable devices. The replacement tubes would COST more than a new scanner.

I'm not just tight, but it seems so wrong!!!It is...Some cities have recycling centers where they take electronics apart and try to recycle as much as they can.
