Solve : Schedule upload file with different name?

Just created a batch file for DAILY BACKUP,

pscp -pw password -r "c:\Program Files\backup.txt" [emailprotected]:backup.txt

but can the filenames AUTOMATICALLY change daily? For example, 29/8 can have backup20060829.txt, 30/8 can have backup20060830.txt....
