1.	Solve : SCREEN background is Black with Luminous Writing?!?
Answer» Every program/INTERNET page i GO into on my Laptop, the background is Black with luminous writing. plz help.? my desktop is fine on my laptop. but when i open up any page... internet explorer, firefox, microsoft word, ETC... the background is black instead of white and the writing is luminous yellow, red or blue. whats happened. please help.Perhaps somebody chose a high-contrast THEME in Accessibility Options?
