Solve : screen bows in the middle ...?

1.	Solve : screen bows in the middle ...?
Answer» my crt monitor screen appears to bow in the middle ... like it's sagging. I'd appreciate some advice on how to correct same ... but please keep it simple, as I'm TECHNICALLY inept.This is probably CONTROLLED by a set of BUTTONS on the monitor itself...USUALLY on the front but sometimes on the side or the LOWER front. patio. 8-)
