1.	Solve : Screen goes black til I move the mouse?
Answer» I have Windows 7. When I start doing UPDATES for Norton Anti Virus -- if I walk away from the computer for a while, when I come back the screen is black & a yellow light (I think it means sleep) is on. When I move the mouse, everything comes back on. Why is this & is my update still downloading when this happens? Thanks.Do you have either sleep or power saver mode for your DISPLAY enabled in your Power Options? Check Control Panel - Power Options. And yes, the DOWNLOAD should still be working even if the display is powered down, but not if "sleep" kicks in. And all that yellow light means is that the display is not receiving an ACTIVE signal from the system - which could be caused by either setting. Thank you so much for your HELP.
