Answer» have 2 comps. One is failing to come on. The FAN comes on and keeps running but the screen never chanes from black. It is a winbook notebook. Any thoughts? I have lots of pics that I am terrified to loose - back them up - I KNOW.. I have been a poor backer-uper. Niki: Does the computer PRODUCE any AUDIBLE beep codes? If so, how many beeps? Did you install any new hardware device or new SOFTWARE just prior to this happening? .
