Answer» I just installed a new graphic card and the screen on higher resolution are blurry, if I go down to 800x600 the screen is clear. I have the latest driver, the graphic card is a GTX 670 and I got windows 7. At first I THOUGHT it was the graphic card but last time I got a AMD 7970 and it had the same PROBLEM, so I returned it and installed my old GTX 9800GTX+ which have none of these problems. But it's not the whole screen, it's just the RIGHT side of the screen that is blurry, the rest of the screen is clear. The monitor is a 1680x1050 Fuitsu simens, on the Information tab in on the screen it says, L22W - 11, 65 KHz / 60Hz, analogue and what seems to be a serial number, if those are any helpful.Never mind, a factory reset on the screen FIXED the problem.
