I'm having problems with my computer monitor. Everything on the screen is too big to fit my monitor and I don't mean the ICONS. I physically have to scroll the screen on the monitor KEYS to see one end of the toolbar to the other. I've fiddled with my resolution but it doesn't help, it makes it worse or stays the same. Is my monitor too OLD? I got it almost 6 years ago. The computer is 1 year and half old, and I'm running Windows XP.
