Solve : selecting CD-RW drive for burning picture files? |
|
Answer» My computer's (an emachines PC with Windows XP, just so you know) CD-RW drive doesn't work properly, and I just hooked up a DVD-ROM/CD-RW drive to one of my USB ports this weekend. I've ALREADY used it to burn music CDs so I know it works with my computer. But though I figured out how to switch my Windows Media Player over from my original CD-RW drive to burning with the new drive, I can't find the way to burn picture files using this drive... it only recognizes the original drive and I can't find options for changing the default when I'm burning pictures. If it works for copying music, then doesn't that mean it's detected? I was able to go into iTunes and Windows Media Player, and switch the default burning drive over to it, I just don't know how to do that with picture burning... If you can copy music, then why can you not copy pictures? If you are using Windows XP, simply drag the pictures onto the CD-RW station, right click and select copy files to disk |
