Solve : serial port data problems, maybe?? |

Answer» I have a problem and I am not sure it is related to my serial PORT or not. My wife recently BOUGHT an ovacue machine to MEASURE fertility. INCLUDED was a data cable to connect to the computer’s serial port so that the accompanying program can chart her fertility. This worked well for a month. Now the data will not download to the computer. I have reinstalled the program and it still doesn’t WORK. I am posting here because the only troubleshooting help provided from the company is an 800 number. Do you think this a communication problem or a software problem? I checked my devise manger and it claims the port is fine. I also tried to update the driver but there is no update for it. Nor can I roll the driver back. |
