Hi i have been getting this problem over the last few weeks
it GOES to a blue screen and then restarts

What operating system?
Brand and model of computer?
How long has this been happening?
Did you make any software changes before this started?


Also do this:
Go to: C:\Windows\Minidump folder.
If you see any .dmp files, zip them, and attach zipped files to your next reply.it is a custom built pc

i attached a dxdiag

it has been happening for around 6 weeks and follows no specfic pattern, when it happens it SUDDENLY goes to a blue screen with lots of writing on for about 2seconds then restarts and upon logging back in hits me with the serious error message
and as far as i know i made no software changes to the pc

It does run really slow and has frequent freezes/slowdowns aswell

regarding the minidump folder there is 10.dmp folders
 i hope i attached/zipped them correctly

[attachment deleted by admin]I just had a very similar error message with blue screen.  This is the first problem I've had like this.

Error LOG showed as follows, both in temp:

WERe2c8.dir00\Mini061509-01.dmp

WERe2c8.dir00\sysdata.xml

Has anyone made any determinations?  I cannot find a thing online.  This was one of two posts (in English) that google found.  I'm not computer savvy, so let me know if I can PROVIDE additional info to assist in figuring out what's going on.pcott2323

Your latest errors come from aswSP.SYS, which is part of Avast.
Reinstall.
