I am having a graphics card hardware problem within my games its flickering,would you guys know whats wrong. I had my video card for about 6 months it just started doing this crap 2 days ago. Please help if anybody knows. Make certain your FANS are cleared of dust. It may be overheating.Did you CHECK to make sure that the VGA was connected well?

What kind of system are you running and what kind of gfx card is it?I have a XFX Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 256MB AGP 8x.

I tryed cleaning it still does the same flickering. Thanks, for your help anyways.When did you last update the driver?It been about 6 months already i havent.Updating the driver might do something. Did it start when playing any NEW games?What changes have you made to the system before the flickering started?I havent made no system changes it just started doing it. it does it in all my games i had the same games for awhile.Are you ABSOLUTELY certain?

Have you scanned for Spyware, Trojan Horses and Viruses?

Is your computer still under warranty?

Do you have an onboard videocard as well?i have found the problem it was that dam software everybodys been talking about LIMEWIRE, it was limewires Java application missing with my xfx card thanks guys.
